Elizabeth Cotton is the San Diego Group organizer for Blacks in Technology (BIT) and the Director for Strategic Partnerships for the National BIT Organization. Elizabeth takes a “birdseye view” approach to assess workforce disparities and curates programs to close the gap. She has a strong passion for creating cross educational and entertainment platforms to engage her audience as well as provide access to resources, capital, and jobs. Through her programs she also provides brand activation for companies. Some of her clients have included Target, Sony Playstation, New York Life Insurance, NFL Network, Best Buy, Google, Amazon, Express Scripts, GoPro...just to name a few.. Some of her signature programs include the Western Regional Diversity Conference, Baseball Hackday, & How to Crack into Sports.
