Professor Henry A. McKelvey is an FCC Certified Telecommunications Professional who has worked in several capacities with Wireless Network (WiFi and WiMax) and Radio Systems Technology. As a Distinguished Member of Technical Staff at Verizon Laboratories, he led a team in the design and implementation of advanced technologies which lead to the filing of 16 US Patent Applications, 14 of which have been granted US Patents, Two are in a resubmission state, and the 16 applications are being maintained as patents pending. As a Communications Systems Engineer at Rockwell Collins he is responsible for new technology development, enterprise architecture design, and implementation, systems development methodologies and configuration management. Professor McKelvey teaches Network \ Computer Forensics, Network Security and Design, Intellectual Property Design, and other Information Systems and Technology courses at the University of The Potomac
