Pat Dillon has facilitated more than $100M in SBIR/STTR funding since 1994. As the “go-to-person” in Minnesota, Pat is a recognized leader and supporter of innovation and entrepreneurship nationally. She is a 1999 recipient of the prestigious Small Business Administration’s Tibbetts Award; a national award for excellence in the SBIR/STTR Programs, and is a 2001 recipient of the City Business’ 25 Most Innovative Woman Award (now the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal). Pat is a retired United States Navy Commander with 40 years of service (active and reserve) and is a combat veteran having served in Kabul, Afghanistan from 2011-2012. Pat earned an MBA and a BS in Business Administration from Winona State University, Winona, MN.
