Andrew Kelley, III is an experienced technology executive and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in SaaS, software, and technology-enabled services businesses. He has broad general management experience and is a strategic thinker skilled at identifying, hiring, motivating, developing, and retaining high performing talent. Mr. Kelley takes a customer-first approach to product development and road map rationalization. He has international experience in India, China, Brazil, and Israel.

He is currently actively seeking entrepreneurship through the acquisition of a logistics technology or software company with the backing of committed capital from a leading private equity firm. Prior to that, he served as President of haulme, an Uber-for-Trucking business incubated inside Omnitracs, a $400M revenue logistics company, where he was concurrently the VP of Corporate Development responsible for acquisitions, integrations, and partnerships. Prior to Omnitracs, Mr. Kelley also worked at Dell focusing mostly on early stage venture capital investing in addition to acquisitions of software and enterprise infrastructure companies. Before that he worked in the Technology, Media & Telecom group at UBS Investment Bank in New York City having joined from IBM Corporate Development in Armonk, NY. Mr. Kelley began his professional career co-founding Virtual Ink with classmates from MIT in 1997.

Mr. Kelley has an MBA from Harvard Business School, a Masters in Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor of Science from North Carolina State University.

He grew up on a working produce farm on the Eastern Shore of Maryland and currently resides in Dallas, TX with his wife Melody and two dogs. He is an avid reader, average chess player, and imaginary golfer.
