Jason is a native of Minneapolis, Minnesota and started his career in sales with several Consumer Packaged Goods companies such as Procter & Gamble, Pillsbury and Coca-Cola. He then worked in analytical roles with SC Johnson, Callaway Golf and Mars. After several years in Sales and analytical roles, Jason switched functional areas and started recruiting for Robert Half Inc. At RHI, Jason learned the art of full cycle recruiting for both contract and permanent positions. Jason started his corporate recruiting career with Best Buy 4 years ago. He has supported several businesses such as Supply Chain, Finance/Accounting, Retail Operations, Properties and Legal. He is currently a Senior Diversity Recruiter on the Talent Acquisition team in Human Resources. Jason is married, has two children and resides in the south metro. Jason has an undergraduate degree from the University of Minnesota, where he was a student athlete playing football. He also has a MBA from the University of St. Thomas.
