Director, Supplier Diversity
Minneapolis, MN
As director of Supplier Diversity, I am responsible for increasing alignment and coordinating Supplier Diversity & Federal Small Business Subcontracting Program goals, with our Business Units and Functions. I work closely with the Global Supply Management Team (GSM) & Procurement colleagues as we seek new sources of supplies or services. These suppliers include businesses that are woman-owned, minority-owned, veteran, disabled, service-disabled, LGBT, small and HUB Zone businesses. My focus includes developing and administering strategies that compliment and parallel the GSM initiative. I also represent Medtronic, with local and national advocacy organizations.
