Rosalind Chevreuil is the Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Best Buy Co., Inc., a multinational retailer of technology and entertainment products and services. She has worked for Best Buy since 1999 and has been an officer at the company since 2012. In her current role as Senior Vice President of Human Resources Multi Channel, Services and Mexico, Rosalind is utilizing over 20 years of experience in leadership and human resource management.

Rosalind is responsible for leading the human resources teams that work across the enterprise capabilities of Real Estate and Retail Operations and all customer facing channels within Retail, Enterprise Customer Care, eCommerce, Mexico and the Geek Squad. Before her current role, Rosalind was the Vice President of Human Resources for U.S. Retail, Enterprise Training, Learning and Development and Retail Talent Acquisition. Prior to this, she was the Vice President for the Connectivity Business Group, also known as Best Buy Mobile.

Prior to Best Buy, she spent over seven years as a part of Consolidated Stores (Big Lots, Inc.) where she worked her way up from Assistant Manager to District Manager. Rosalind studied at Virginia State University where she majored in Geophysics and Business. She also holds multiple Professional in Human Resources certifications, is a Franklin Covey certified trainer and a Gallop Certified Level II Strengths Coach.

Rosalind works cross functionally with HR and business partners to develop and implement operational solutions and effective human resource strategies that shape the culture and the employee experience at Best Buy. Her skills and energy are focused on creating environments where diversity and inclusion is foundational to success and where individuals see themselves, know that their contributions are important to the success of the company and they can thrive while reaching their personal and professional goals.
