Toquon Tha MC is known for being a Hype man, Host and an extremely talented rapper. “GOT LUV” was the first single he released independently in 2005 with he's group Soul Elevation. 
His album “Luv, Peace & Soul Elevation” created a buzz in the Hip Hop community promoting, hosting and performing at the legendary festival Rock the Bells, BB King, the DUB Car Shows, The Ford Amphitheatre in Hollywood and the House of Blues.
As a worldwide traveler he has been able to make a career from his passion of music. Toquon has graced the stage with some of the biggest names in music like KRS ONE, Kendrick Lamar, The Roots, The Black Eyed Peas, Common and LL Cool J to name a few. 
Being a step ahead of the game with web TV shows From Oct 2010 to 2014 Toquon was also part owner and the  host of a weekly Hip Hop show STACKS TV in conjunction with BReal.TV of the iconic rap group Cypress Hill. StacksTV was picked up by MYX.TV cable network who’s reaching is over 20million homes across the U.S. the Philippines and China.
He has been responsible for breaking in the culture of Hip Hop into Manila as he toured the Philippines.
His artistry has been showcased at the largest music festivals, hottest club venues, and celebrity private parties throughout the US, Australia, China, Dubai and Sri Lanka.
Toquon has played an important role at local educational institutions and church's where he has lectured as a guest speaker on the culture and history of Hip Hop, which he follows with a private performance. The city of Carson awarded this outstanding artist for his participation and involvement in the 2010 Teen Conference held in the Carson Convention Center.
Toquon has also been the Host/MC in major club in Los Angeles such as Key Club, Club Nokia, The Century Club and he currently holds a residency at the Federal Bar. Hosting major events such as the BET awards after party, Rock the Bells festival, Long Beach Freestyle Festival Queen Mary, Kanye West Release Party, Manny Pacquiao’s official after Party in Las Vegas. Lending his MC skills working as the hype man for legendary acts such as KRS ONE, Melanie Fiona, DJ Spinderella from Salt-N-Pepa and currently touring the country with the classic Soul group LooseEnds feat Jane Eugene and with his own DJ DJ Icy Ice of the world famous Beat Junkies and Power106.
With superior showmanship, quick-witted lyricism, and smooth and powerful flow on the microphone has made him a sought-after underground fixture in the Hip Hop scene. This reputation, along with an electrifying stage presence, has made him extremely successful in his art. Toquon Tha MC has undoubtedly earned the respect from the underground Hip Hop and Reggae communities of Los Angeles.
Toquon has also taken it as his responsibility to raise youth awareness of the music and culture he believe in as well as trying to keep its true essence as he create music today. He will remain in the scene for years to come and fight in the struggle to keep true Hip Hop music alive.
